This Privacy Policy explains how AlignTV (“AlignTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our websites, apps, advertising tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other global data protection regulations.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Identifiers — name, email, phone number, company name, job title, website.
  • Account & Campaign Data — business type, ad preferences, targeting selections, package details, campaign creative metadata (e.g., “AI Video” or supplied URLs).
  • Payment Information — processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • Location Data — coarse location derived from IP (and, if you provide it, target geographies for campaigns).
  • Cookies/Tracking — analytics, personalization, and advertising cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • Communications — messages to our support or sales teams, survey responses, and preferences.

2. Sources of Information

  • You provide it directly via forms, checkout, onboarding, or uploads.
  • Automatically collected via cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies.
  • From service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics, CRM) and publicly available sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services and ad campaign tools.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions/billing.

5. Sharing & Disclosures

We share information with service providers who help us run the Services. These include:

  • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)
  • CRM & communication (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Hosting, storage, and infrastructure
  • Analytics and performance measurement
  • Email and notification delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law, in connection with a merger or acquisition, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined by U.S. state privacy laws. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising that constitutes “selling” or “sharing” under the CPRA.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, perform analytics, and measure campaign performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and (where implemented) via our cookie banner preferences.

  • Strictly Necessary — required for core functionality.
  • Analytics — to understand usage and improve our Services.
  • Performance/Personalization — to tailor experience.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.

8. Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed outside of your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

11. Your Privacy Rights (US & Global)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Receive a portable copy of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

GDPR (EEA/UK): You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

  • Targeted advertising (if offered in future): use platform tools or OS settings where available.

13. “Do Not Track”

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry standard, our Services do not respond to DNT at this time.

14. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them.
